Free from Gluten, Dairy, Soy, and Refined Sugar
Ingredients
Choose organic ingredients whenever possible
- 3 heaping cups of chopped watermelon
- 2–4 tablespoons coconut sugar
- Lime juice, to taste (a splash for subtle, or up to 1⁄4 cup for serious tang)
- 1–2 handfuls ice
- Optional: Basil or mint, to garnish
Directions
- Add ingredients, in order listed, to a high-speed blender. Add small amounts of water if needed to blend, and more ice if needed to thicken. Taste, and adjust coconut sugar and lime juice if necessary.
- Pour into a glass, and garnish if desired
- Enjoy!
